Before building our AI video tool, I tried every model on the market one by one, and found the team didn’t need ultimate image quality; it needed every shot to be reliably usable. That’s how I work: get to the real problem first, then build the solution.

I’m Annie, an AI product manager born after 2000, and I’ve also owned a digital-human platform and an overseas Agent SaaS. I trained in AI (my graduation project was on diffusion models), so engineers and I speak the same language; in my free time I vibe-code small tools and automation workflows.

I’m full of ideas and my mind jumps around, but I’m practical when it comes to shipping.

I believe AI exists to free up time for people to think, and I want to build something truly meaningful.

A likeness-protection and licensing platform for AI digital actors, live on iOS, Android, WeChat Mini Program and H5. 2,570+ sign-ups with zero ad spend; nearly 40% became digital actors.

Trust pathAsking for ID and a face scan up front was too much friction. Users now browse and protect their likeness for free first, then opt in to earn as digital actors.
Growth hookAI auditions are exclusive to signed actors; the public audition feed makes regular users want one of their own.
GEOllms.txt + Schema as the source of truth; robots.txt lets AI search in but keeps training crawlers out. Cited by major AI assistants within 2 weeks, #1 in Qwen’s category picks, 820+ organic sign-ups in the past month.
Audition QA7-second clips on Seedance 2.0; the reference photo locks facial features only and is never the first frame; fixed prompt template. The feed drove 228 auditions, usable in 1–2 tries on average.

A multi-scenario AI script-to-video production platform used daily by in-house content and marketing teams. Short-drama output rose from 1–2 to 5–6 episodes a day.

Human-in-the-loopScript breakdown → asset approval → shot videos. Every step is editable and can roll back, so errors never reach the most expensive video stage.
ConsistencyCharacters, products and scenes live in a multi-angle asset library that every shot must reference; usable in 1–2 generations on average.
Multi-AgentShot and entity agents break down long scripts in parallel, 1–3 minutes per episode; prompts split into a fact layer and a style layer, so restyling needs no re-parse.
